The TADO Sales Intern will support the Sales team in centralizing and organizing all promotional documentation and contracts.
This position will play a key role in improving the accessibility, structure, and long-term maintenance of promo-related files.
The individual may also be required to provide input to or participate in various projects and will perform other duties as requested.
- Design and set up a centralized storage system/location for all promo-related documentation and contracts.
- Review and organize existing promo documentation and contracts into the new system.
- Define a clear filing/naming structure and folder hierarchy for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to identify all documents that need to be centralized.
- Establish access permissions and guidelines for maintaining the system going forward.
- Document the process/structure so it can be maintained after the internship ends.
