Job SummaryAs a Testing & Evaluation Analyst in Digital Document Services, you will contribute to modernized testing strategies using automation and AI-driven techniques. You will help build scalable testing frameworks, support global stakeholders, and enhance quality through innovative and data-driven testing practices in a follow-the-sun model.
Job ResponsibilitiesExecute automated, UAT, and regression testing using modern frameworks
Apply AI-enabled testing techniques to increase coverage and improve defect detection
Build and maintain automation scripts and reusable testing assets
Analyze testing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Partner with product, operations, and technology teams to modernize testing processes
Support continuous improvement of AI-driven testing capabilities
Experience with automated testing frameworks
Knowledge of AI or data-driven testing approaches
Ability to analyze data and identify testing patterns
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Experience supporting UAT and quality assurance activities
Exposure to AI/ML testing tools
Experience in financial services or regulated environments
