Great business decisions start with great insights.
Behind every investment, transformation programme and strategic decision at Aston Martin is a team that helps the business understand the financial impact, balance risk and identify opportunity. We're looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – IT & Admin to join that team and play a key role in supporting some of the functions that keep our business moving forward.
Based in Gaydon, this is far more than a traditional finance role. You'll work closely with teams across IT, HR, Legal and other central functions, acting as a trusted business partner and helping stakeholders make informed decisions through meaningful financial insight and analysis. You'll have the opportunity to influence at all levels of the organisation, supporting both day-to-day business performance and longer-term strategic planning.
Working at the heart of the business, you'll support budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities, while also providing clear and insightful reporting that helps leaders understand performance, identify trends and make confident decisions. Whether you're reviewing financial performance, supporting investment decisions, challenging costs or helping improve reporting processes, your work will have a direct impact on the future direction of Aston Martin.
This role would suit someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with strong stakeholder relationships. You'll be naturally curious, comfortable working with large volumes of data and motivated by turning financial information into meaningful business insights. Just as importantly, you'll enjoy working collaboratively and building credibility with colleagues across a variety of functions.
We're looking for someone with strong financial analysis and business partnering experience, alongside excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in cost centre management, budgeting and forecasting is important, while progress towards a professional accounting qualification such as CIMA or ACCA would be beneficial. Automotive industry experience would also be advantageous, although what matters most is your ability to add value through insight, challenge and collaboration.
At Aston Martin, you'll join a business that's continually evolving and transforming. You'll have exposure to senior stakeholders, the opportunity to influence key decisions and the chance to develop your career across a broad range of finance disciplines. This is a role where you can build both your commercial understanding and your professional expertise while contributing to one of the world's most iconic luxury brands
If you're looking for a role where finance is about more than reporting numbers — where you can partner with the business, influence decisions and help shape the future — we'd love to hear from you.
