Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you'll lead quality initiatives, oversee compliance standards, and drive continuous improvement across our operations. As a decisive leader with a collaborative approach, you'll ensure that all deliverables meet our rigorous quality standards while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.   • Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, inspectors, and auditors, providing coaching and support to develop their skill set and career path
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive quality assurance programs and procedures aligned with organizational objectives and industry standards
  • Conduct thorough inspections, audits, and assessments of processes, products, and services to identify defects, non-conformances, and areas for improvement
  • Maintain detailed documentation of quality issues, non-conformance notices, and corrective action plans; track resolution status and ensure timely closure
  • Analyze test results, quality metrics, and performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, production, and project management to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures
  • Oversee vendor and contractor quality performance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards
  • Prepare comprehensive quality reports, progress updates, and executive summaries for leadership and clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations
  • Conduct periodic site visits and operational reviews to verify quality compliance, safety adherence, and adherence to project specifications
  • Represent the organization professionally in all client interactions, ensuring transparent communication and successful project execution
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and competency across the organization
  • Establish and maintain quality management systems, documentation, and records in accordance with applicable regulations and standards

Qualifications

**Minimum Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in engineering, quality management, operations, or related field, plus 6 years of relevant quality assurance or quality management experience; or demonstrated equivalency through a combination of education and professional experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing quality assurance teams and driving organizational quality initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and implement data-driven solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, professional reports and presentations
  • Proficiency in quality management systems, documentation, and compliance procedures
  • Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and continuous improvement methodologies

**Preferred Requirements:**

  • 15 years of progressive experience in quality assurance, quality management, or related operational roles
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean certification, or equivalent quality management credentials
  • Advanced knowledge of ISO quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar) and regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives and organizational transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills
  • Budget management and resource allocation experience
  • Experience in training program development and team capability building
