Job Description

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing content production workflows, ensuring the timely delivery of creative assets for Bosch Power Tools’ campaigns and product communication. You will act as the central coordination point between internal teams and external partners, managing resources, timelines, and processes to ensure efficient and scalable production operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee end-to-end content production processes for campaigns and product communication.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and delivery schedules to ensure the timely completion of creative assets.
  • Coordinate collaboration between internal teams, creative specialists, marketing stakeholders, localization teams, and external agencies.
  • Ensure efficient, scalable, and compliant production workflows by implementing best practices and continuous improvements.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and support the continuous improvement of production processes and ways of working.

Qualifications

Education

  • Degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Several years of experience in content production management, creative project management, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating complex creative projects with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience managing production workflows, timelines, and resources in an international environment is an advantage.

Know-how

  • Strong knowledge of content production processes and creative project workflows.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and production planning.
  • Ability to manage resources, priorities, and deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Experience using collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of resource planning systems and workflow optimization approaches.

Languages

  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of German is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies.
