Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
As a Localization Specialist, you will help bring Bosch's global digital marketing campaigns to life across the Americas, Europe, Oceania, Japan, and Korea. You will ensure that digital content is accurately localized, culturally relevant, and aligned with Bosch's global brand standards.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the end-to-end localization of digital marketing campaigns across assigned regions.
- Review and adapt campaign assets for digital channels while ensuring compliance with Bosch's global brand guidelines.
- Assess and approve content or visual adaptations required for cultural or regulatory reasons.
- Collaborate with Translation Managers and regional Marketing teams to ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate localization timelines and perform quality checks to ensure timely delivery of localized content.
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of localization processes.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Languages, Localization, or a related field.
Experience:
- Experience in localization, digital marketing, campaign management, content production, or a similar role.
- Experience working with international stakeholders is an advantage.
Know-how:
- Knowledge of localization workflows, digital marketing processes, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Working Style and Methods:
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
- Proactive and committed to delivering high-quality results.
Personality:
- Collaborative, adaptable, and culturally aware, with strong communication skills.
Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
