Capi is looking for a Senior Sales Associate for our electronics store at Brussels Airport. In this role, you combine strong sales skills with additional responsibility on the shop floor. You support customers, guide colleagues and help ensure smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced, international airport environment.
About the role
As a Senior Sales Associate, you are a visible role model in the store. You provide expert product advice to international travelers, contribute to sales results and support the team during busy periods. You keep an overview of priorities; ensure store standards are met and act as a senior point of contact when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is not present.
Your responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Service: you support (international) travelers with professional product advice, contribute to sales results and ensure promotions and product presentations are implemented correctly.
- Team Support: you assist colleagues on the shop floor, help new team members settle in and keep the team organized during busy periods.
- Store Standards: you maintain a tidy, safe and commercially presented store that meets Capi’s brand and operational guidelines.
- Operational Tasks: you support essential processes such as stock handling, deliveries, basic cash register tasks and opening/closing routines.
- Communication & Coordination: you identify operational or commercial issues and communicate them promptly to store management.
- Leadership on the Floor: you act as a visible senior point of contact, take ownership and help the team stay focused and aligned.

What we’re looking for
- Relevant retail experience, preferably in electronics or fast‑paced retail
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 04:00 and 22:00, including weekends and holidays
- You communicate confidently in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong advantage. Additional languages are welcome.
