Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst Patterning Finance will support the financial operational steering of the Patterning and Planarization business , ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with company policies and regulations. This role involves collaborating closely with the Head of Finance and business unit leaders such as the Head of Marketing, Head of Sales to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Coordinate the budgeting process and financial forecasting for the platform, providing insights and analysis to support strategic planning.
- Cost Management: Monitor and analyze costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-control measures.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to support business objectives and drive profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a FP&A, manufacturing Finance, Commercial Finance and corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP S4, PowerBI, Excel).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (incl. PowerPoint), ideally first experience with Executives
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
