The opportunity to join our team

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Employer Super Services to join our Employer Super team within Master Trust. This role reports to the GM Employer Super and is responsible for building a digital employer servicing capability across enablement, continuous improvement, reporting, transformation and operations for the Employer Super team.

 

In this role, you will lead key enablement functions and operational teams that support our employer clients, advisers and internal stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in driving scalable, consistent and compliant services that help employers meet their superannuation obligations, support member outcomes and improve the overall employer and adviser experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enhance enablement functions for the Employer Super team
  • Support transformation and change activities, including future state operating models and management of key servicing arrangements
  • Lead the uplift of key processes and systems, including knowledge management and CRM systems
  • Lead the Client Relationship Associate team supporting Plum, MKBS, ANZSC and IES Relationship Managers, Employers and CSSN advisers
  • Drive a continuous improvement, risk-aware culture with strong compliance to relevant legislation and policies
  • Support scalable and compliant education delivery through approved content, collateral, event support and self-serve resources
  • Standardise processes and share best practice across the CRA portfolio
  • Provide data, insights and performance reporting to Account Directors and Account Managers to support best-in-class employer service
  • Drive uplift of the non-relationship managed employer client and plan adviser experience, with a focus on speed, accuracy and compliance
  • Own key reporting and enablement assets, including the Employer Portal, ESIHubs and Policy Committee reporting

 

 

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years in Client Relationship, Operations Leadership, Quality or Improvement roles within Superannuation
  • 10+ years’ experience leading teams with demonstrated success in uplifting maturity and capability within the business  
  • Demonstrated experience in developing business reporting that provides meaningful insights to business leaders  
  • Demonstrated experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives across complex business models  
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring and leading team members to be high performing  
  • Strong knowledge of superannuation rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of superannuation administration processes
  • Strong capability in managing projects that lead to strong business outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, MBA or equivalent experience
