- Partner with senior sponsors and project leaders to build change value and capability through a distributed model of change
- Drive adoption, readiness and value realisation across Lifeblood's enterprise project portfolio
- Location flexible, hybrid working, salary from $160k base plus superannuation and salary packaging
About the role
Lifeblood's Strategic Transformation & Readiness team is strengthening its capability across strategy, transformation and delivery to help Lifeblood optimise today and build for tomorrow - exploring new opportunities and creating lasting value for Lifeblood and the communities we serve.
At Lifeblood, we're strengthening how change is embedded across projects and delivery initiatives so that investments translate into lasting outcomes. As our Change Readiness & Adoption Lead, you'll help build the organisational capability, sponsor ownership and adoption focus needed to make that happen.
We're looking for someone who understands that successful change isn't measured by the quality of a framework or the number of communications sent. You'll work across Lifeblood's project and delivery portfolio to ensure change readiness, adoption and value realisation are built into initiatives from the start. You'll help sponsors understand their critical role in leading change, support project teams to establish fit-for-purpose change approaches and create stronger accountability for benefits beyond implementation. Rather than delivering change on individual projects yourself, you'll provide enterprise-wide leadership, coaching, assurance and enablement that lifts the maturity and effectiveness of change across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sponsors, project leaders and business stakeholders to improve adoption and value realisation outcomes
- Ensure initiatives are set up with practical change approaches, readiness plans and adoption measures
- Coach sponsors and leaders to effectively lead change within their teams
- Establish and promote consistent expectations for change readiness, sponsor enablement and adoption across the portfolio
- Use adoption metrics, readiness indicators and business insights to identify risks and recommend interventions
- Work with project teams to ensure change effort and adoption activities are considered during planning and budgeting
- Gather and share success stories, lessons learned and case studies that strengthen organisational understanding of effective change
- Support a change brokerage model that connects projects with the right internal or external change capability
- Partner with Organisational Change, Capability, Internal Communications and Delivery teams to strengthen enterprise change practices.
Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience leading organisational change, business readiness or adoption activities across multiple initiatives or portfolios
- Strong focus on outcomes, benefits realisation and measurable adoption
- Demonstrated success influencing senior sponsors, project leaders and business stakeholders
- Experience assessing readiness, adoption risk, organisational capacity and change impacts
- Ability to use data and adoption insights to inform decisions and guide interventions
- Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfort working in complex environments where priorities compete and stakeholders may be resistant to change
- A pragmatic approach that balances structure with flexibility and real-world outcomes.
