In this role, you'll:
As a Specialist Workflow Management, you will combine your technical cyber expertise with Scrum Master capabilities to coordinate, optimise and improve the delivery of cyber security programs.
You will manage workflow dependencies and bottlenecks, oversee BAU and project priorities, maintain cyber backlogs, track risks and governance artefacts, and provide visibility of delivery progress across multiple security initiatives.
You'll work closely with cyber specialists, engineers and stakeholders to support the delivery of cloud and security integration solutions while embedding agile ways of working that improve quality, pace and governance outcomes.

About you
Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery professional within cyber security or technology environments.
Strong understanding of workflow management, dependencies, bottlenecks, risk management and governance processes.
Experience managing Jira backlogs and coordinating competing BAU and project priorities.
Knowledge of cyber security, cloud technologies, or system integration environments.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and collaboration skills.
Agile certifications such as SAFe, PSM or CSM.
