In this role, you'll:
Work within our Bus Fleet Management Team within the Public Transport Branch of the Coordinator General division at Transport for NSW, with a focus on provides the strategic management of property and depot assets supporting the Transport bus fleet.
This role acts as the senior property and depot interface across Transport, asset agencies, operators and external partners, providing specialist advice across the asset lifecycle from acquisition and leasing through to divestment, development and renewal while ensuring compliance with legislative, commercial and safety obligations.
You will be a key influencer as you work with our operators as you manage complex stakeholder relationships across operators, asset agencies and government bodies while maintaining a focus on service reliability, safety and network performance.

About you
Your tertiary qualification will be in a relevant discipline, together with extensive experience relevant to the role.
You’re recognised for your highly developed communication and negotiation skills with experience in a transport discipline that will see you bring demonstrated knowledge of bus fleet operations, asset management or service delivery environments.
This is an Award Transport Grade 9 Permanent Full-time role based in Sydney CBD, with most of the role based in the field across Greater Sydney with some time also spent in the outer metropolitan areas, when required.
