Specialist Services Development & Marketing

The Specialist Services Development & Marketing is an entry-level data analytics role within DKSH's Healthcare Business Unit, focused on building and maintaining robust data infrastructure and delivering meaningful visual reports and dashboards. This role contributes directly to management decision-making by ensuring accurate, timely, and accessible data insights across the organization.

• Collaborate with the Analytics Insights Solutions (AIS) Manager and Director to develop and continuously optimize data pipelines and storage solutions that strengthen the organization's data infrastructure
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines to enable efficient data cleaning and storage, improving the reliability and speed of data processing
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to support research initiatives and deliver integrated, analysis-ready datasets
• Design and develop data visualization dashboards and reports for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly distribution, providing management with clear and timely business insights
• Maintain operational reports, dashboards, and visualizations to continuously support the AIS management team and Director AIS with up-to-date performance information
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Entry-level role; less than 1 year of working experience is accepted
• Basic proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Access, Python, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
• Interest in data modeling and database design
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Adaptable and eager to learn, with strong curiosity and a proactive problem-solving approach
