We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our successful team and contribute to the continued growth of our dealership.
About the Role
As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while assisting customers through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers in selecting the right used vehicle to suit their needs and budget
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Following up sales leads and enquiries promptly
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining a high standard of vehicle presentation
- Accurately completing sales documentation and administrative requirements
- Working collaboratively with finance, business managers and the wider dealership team
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not essential
- A proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
- A current and valid driver's licence
