Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking a Quality Technician Lead to help support our Phillips-Medisize Medical Facility located in New Richmond, WI

Shift: D2 5am-5pm, rotating 12’s: 2-2-3 schedule
What You Will Do
- Lead and mentor the Quality Technician team throughout the D2 shift, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing quality-related concerns on the production floor.
- Provide input for performance evaluations and feedback for team members.
- Manage essential quality processes, including quality notifications, batch record evaluations, label preparation, and non-conformance events.
- Support quality systems by gathering and supplying information to internal stakeholders, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and compliant with GMP standards.
- Assist during audits and site visits, providing necessary quality support.
- Collaborate with team members to undertake additional quality-related tasks as assigned.
- Perform monthly environmental monitoring to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Facilitate training sessions for new hires to instill quality awareness and practices.
- Coordinate floor schedules to optimize quality operations.
- Identify and propose opportunities for continuous improvement within quality systems.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- A minimum of 2 years of quality experience
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience using SAP/ERP system
- Measurement experience using Calipers, Micrometers, CMM or Visions Systems
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Previous leadership experience
