Recruitment & Onboarding.
Employees Separation.
Employee Relations.
Statutory Compliance.
Payroll & Attendance Management.
Performance Management.
Training & Development.
Employee Engagement & Welfare.
HR Administration.
Data Management in SAP and HRMS.

You bring these skills, experience & education

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 7+ years of experiance as HR Generalist in Small/Mid size manufacturing plant.
Candidate must be from Chakan phase IV or nearby areas.
In Office- Not Hybrid- Flexible Working Hours.
Experience in handling plant audits like Sedex, ISO 900 and labor law compliance.
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
