We are seeking a Compensation Analytics & Organizational Design Analyst that is responsible for supporting Silvaco's global compensation programs, job architecture, workforce analytics, career framework development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES; include but not limited to:
• Conduct compensation benchmarking and market pricing analyses.
• Participate in annual compensation review cycles.
• Support salary structure development and maintenance.
• Analyze workforce trends and organizational effectiveness metrics.
• Assist with job architecture, job leveling, and career framework initiatives.
• Conduct workforce analytics and organizational modeling.
• Develop executive dashboards and workforce reporting.
• Support equity and long-term incentive program administration.
• Manage compensation survey participation and analysis.
• Prepare compensation recommendations and business cases.
• Support organizational redesign and restructuring initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance.
• Ensure data accuracy and compensation governance compliance.
• Contribute to executive compensation reporting materials.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Analytics, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years compensation, workforce analytics, or organizational design experience.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with compensation survey providers.
• Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies.
• Experience with HR reporting and workforce planning tools.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
