Core Responsibilities
- Understand the overarching business goals and translate this to product strategy – Portfolio OKRs
- Set an ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders and the team
- Drive end-to-end team output strategy from inception to production
- Ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements by collaborating with relevant stakeholders
- Work closely within their team to translate business objectives and user feedback and insight into outcomes that deliver value for both – Product OKRs
- Share regular tracking of product-specific KPIs/OKRs with stakeholders
- Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria by utilizing market and industry knowledge
- Plan product development out into future by e.g., maintaining a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
- Continuously optimise the product In pursuit of achieving the outcomes as defined.

NEXT GEN Manufacturing are involved in the innovation and early development of our manufacturing platforms to increase safety, quality or productivity. The team supports engineering innovation across both Packing and Processing, and there will be a strong link to platform owners and engineers with deep functional expertise.
As a Sr. Product Manager, drive product success by setting a clear vision and strategy, and defining objectives in collaboration with key partners. Achieve results by empowering your team, engaging with leadership, and leveraging your expertise. Understand internal customer needs through research and analytics, and work closely with the product team to create solutions that address both internal and external challenges.
Do you have what it takes
- Proven experience as functional “subject matter expert” is
- Proven product strategy experience, and an ability to identify cross-functional opportunities.
- Preferably manufacturing experience
- A proven track record of leading cross functional teams through the full product life cycle.
- Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress.
- A great communicator and with the ability to clearly articulate the problem and proposed solution from manufacturing to digital
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, storytelling and evangelism (e.g. SCRUM)
- Analytical along with a solid understanding of IT from a business side - e.g. working with relevant IT systems within functional expertise.
- 20-30 international travel days should be expected.
The position is based in Billund, DK or Kladno, Czech Republic and relocation support is not offered for this role.
