What You’ll Be Doing (The Big Picture)
As our Program Manager, you’ll be the captain of our intermediate residential and/or day service programs right here in the Beatrice community. You’ll split your time between keeping daily operations running smoothly and helping our programs grow strategically.
Your day-to-day will look a bit like this:

Coaching & Culture: Hire, train, and coach an awesome team, keeping employee engagement high.

Quality Champion: Oversee personalized health and habilitative services to ensure the needs of the people we support are met.

Regulatory Rock Star: Keep us licensing-ready at all times and smoothly navigate regulatory requirements.

Business Brains: Assist with developing program budgets, tracking revenue/expenses, and translating fiscal info into smart operational decisions.

Community Face: Represent Mosaic at local community organizations and committees, helping us build connections and sustainable funding.

QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For (The "Must-Haves")
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a related field with required supervisory or management experience.
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred (but we happily accept great experience in lieu of a degree).
- Certifications: You’ll need CPR, First Aid, and Certified Medical Specialist (40hr) certifications. (Bonus points if you're a certified QIDP!)
- Core Skills: Strong knowledge of developmental disabilities and licensing guidelines, paired with sharp financial/business acumen and professional communication skills.
- Flexibility & Travel: Ability to drive, use a variety of software programs, adapt to changing demands, and work flexible hours.
- Physical Ability: Ability to handle frequent standing, walking, and bending, lift up to 25 lbs independently, and push/pull up to 40 lbs of force.
