We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and manage detailed construction schedules for multiple commercial projects. This role is responsible for coordinating scheduling activities across project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while ensuring project timelines remain accurate, achievable, and aligned with overall project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

· Review and evaluate subcontractor and vendor schedules to ensure alignment with project sequencing, durations, and workflow.

· Incorporate procurement activities and milestone tracking into overall project schedules.

· Lead scheduling meetings with project teams, subcontractors, owners, and architects to review progress and resolve scheduling challenges.

· Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and recommend recovery plans or schedule improvements when necessary.

· Prepare impact analyses, schedule updates, and supporting documentation for management and client review.

· Develop cost-loaded and resource-loaded schedules when required.

· Coordinate scheduling data and software with subcontractors in multi-user environments.

· Report schedule performance and key milestones to project leadership and executive management.

· Support and mentor project personnel on scheduling best practices and company scheduling standards.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

· 6–8 years of commercial construction scheduling experience, with field experience considered a plus.

· Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and building systems.

· Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and construction scheduling methodologies.

· Experience preparing schedule impact analyses and recovery schedules.

· Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

· Willingness to travel as project needs require.
