What You’ll Do:- Lead daily operations and mentor a team of talented technicians and service advisors
- Drive sales, shop performance, and customer satisfaction
- Own KPIs, staffing decisions, and revenue targets

- $100K – $160K annually (after base and uncapped performance bonuses)
