This will be a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite per week.
Drive the lifecycle of complex designs as a technical leader for several Radar systems. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition concepts into production while managing a diverse group of engineering, drafting, and technical writing professionals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Synchronize with technical teams and government clients to engineer and implement premier solutions for the Radar Technologies Division
Drive the successful delivery of complex technical projects from conception to completion
Synchronize project interdependencies and oversee the end-to-end development of task order deliverables to ensure full SOW compliance
Diagnose complex technical challenges and partner with cross-functional teams to engineer and deploy effective solutions
Manage the full lifecycle of organizational requirements, including the development, maintenance, and optimization of core management processes
Define and govern project requirements throughout the contract term, optimizing the prioritization and capture process for technical accuracy
Interface with system users to elicit requirements and architect comprehensive designs for hardware and software integration
Contribute to the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies to ensure system reliability and performance
Provide expert-level technical resolution for intricate problems, bridging the gap between existing documentation and mission-specific requirements
Analyze and optimize intricate signal flows and circuit interrelationships through the expert application of high-frequency pulse generators and complex diagnostic hardware
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, technical project management, or information technology support
Experience analyzing circuit interrelationships, signal flows, or using diagnostic hardware (e.g., pulse generators, oscilloscopes).
Experience driving technical deliverables against Statements of Work (SOW) while collaborating across cross-functional engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with hardware/software integration and developing/executing technical test strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience creating schematics and blueprints for electrical components and systems within a project, considering factors like power requirements, load calculations, and safety regulations.
Experience using mathematical models to analyze electrical circuits, power distribution, and system efficiency.
Experience identifying and resolving problems within electrical systems during design, testing, or installation phases.
Clearance Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required and an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain an interim Secret prior to starting.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
