Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for delivering user-centred digital projects across various sales channels, including digital applications, websites, e-commerce platforms, and cross-media platforms, ensuring projects are completed within the defined scope and timeline.
• Accountable for delivering user-centred digital projects across various trading and sales channels, including digital applications, websites, ordering kiosks, POS systems, and restaurant solutions, ensuring projects are completed within the defined scope and timeline.
• Collaborate closely with business users to gather requirements for restaurant operations and digital trading solutions, translating them into effective front-end UI/UX designs. Convert design concepts into visual plans, including information architecture, interactive prototypes/mock-ups, customer journeys, and workflows.
• Develop and review business requirement documents to ensure alignment between restaurant operations and the digital team, facilitating seamless collaboration with cross-functional technology teams.
• Provide routine day-to-day support for restaurant business applications and operations to resolve immediate technical or functional issues.
• Manage testing activities by creating test plans, developing test cases, ensuring comprehensive testing coverage for trading systems (including Web, App, and POS platforms), and conducting tests as required. Maintain effective communication with business users and stakeholders throughout the UAT process.
• Monitor and manage project progress and performance, ensuring effective resource allocation to achieve project objectives. Provide alternative or workaround solutions when necessary to ensure project success.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks across all projects while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and issues. Escalate critical issues to management when required.
• Manage project deliverables while ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Stay up to date with the latest technological trends (such as Power BI and smart restaurant solutions) and provide recommendations on relevant digital business applications.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and handle special projects as assigned by management to support overall business and operational needs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital application project management. Experience in trading solutions, including Web/App platforms, ordering kiosks, POS systems, and Power BI reporting, is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in supporting routine restaurant operations and business applications.
• Experience in project scoping, risk management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal teams, remote teams, and third-party vendors.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
