Your mission will be… 

• Design, build, enhance and support Workday integrations, including Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Core Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio and Orchestration. 
• Partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather, validate and refine requirements, evaluate design alternatives, facilitate workshops and drive solution sign-off. 
• Assess the technical impact of configuration and design decisions, providing expert guidance and recommending alternative approaches where appropriate. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including interface specifications, field mappings, technical designs and process flows. 
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, document and deploy integration solutions that meet business and technical requirements. 
• Monitor integration performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement. 
• Manage and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies and status updates, ensuring stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable and high-quality Workday solutions.

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Information Technology area (Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field). 
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing, developing and implementing system integrations, preferably within the Workday ecosystem. 
• Strong command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Solid understanding of Workday data structures, business objects and object-oriented design concepts. 
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday Studio integrations. 
• Experience creating reports and working with complex calculated fields within Workday. 
• Knowledge of XML Schema, XSLT, JSON query and transformation language (JSLT) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Workday Extend development.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. 
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Self-driven and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop new skills.
