Meta's Enterprise Products team is seeking an Oracle OTM Application Manager to champion the platform in partnership with Supply Chain and Global Logistics workstreams. This is a functional, hands-on configuration role for someone experienced in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) as the primary platform, with working knowledge of Global Trade Management (GTM) as a complementary capability. This role will support Meta's end-to-end physical logistics operations—spanning consumer hardware and infrastructure programs—ensuring transportation planning, execution, visibility, and trade compliance processes are optimized, scalable, and aligned with Meta's global distribution and deployment requirements.
Responsibilities
OTM Platform Ownership (Primary): Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Transportation Management, ensuring the platform is finely tuned to support shipment planning, load optimization, carrier selection, freight payment, and transportation execution—delivering a seamless, high-performance user experience across all transportation operations
* GTM Functional Support (Secondary): Provide configuration and operational support for Oracle Global Trade Management, including trade compliance screening, license/permit management, customs documentation, and landed cost calculations to ensure that shipments meet global regulatory requirements
* Functional & Technical Builder: Drive the configuration and blueprint for OTM solutions—including order management integration, shipment consolidation, routing guides, rate engines, carrier onboarding, and tracking/visibility—implementing processes either independently or in collaboration with integration partners for both business and engineering teams
* Solution Orchestrator: Serve as the end-to-end solution lead, translating supply chain objectives into technical deliverables and maximize the value of our OTM/GTM investment to thoughtfully deliver capabilities across a portfolio of first and third-party logistics tools
* Strategic Pillar Leadership: Own the functional roadmap for Transportation Management, driving logistics optimization, shipment visibility, carrier performance, cost management, and reporting to support secure, compliant, and reliable OTM operations
