About the job
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
The Google Home team’s mission is to create a home that takes care of the people inside it, and the world around it. As the Product Marketing Manager for Google Home Platform Hardware and Solutions, you will help scale our reach through this platform ecosystem by driving co-built device and subscription growth alongside global partners like Walmart (e.g. onn cameras) and ATnT (e.g., Connected Life security solution).
Acting as the bridge between internal product teams and our most strategic external partners, including Global Carriers, Retailers, and Service Providers, you will develop an understanding of both our product capabilities and our partners' business strategies. You will synthesize these insights into comprehensive playbooks that equip partners to powerfully tell the Google Home story, while simultaneously ensuring our own product development is informed by the unique needs of the partner channel.
You will orchestrate how our newest devices and AI-powered services (such as Gemini for Home capabilities) are integrated into partner portfolios, ultimately driving sustained sales and subscription growth.
