Job Summary What you will do

As a Process Engineer Finishing, you will:

• Be responsible for the efficiency and performance of assigned equipment, process, or production line. Monitor and analyze key process performance indicators, KPIs.
• Take prompt actions to solve process-related problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency, and production stability.
• Analyze production losses and propose corrective and preventive actions to improve process performance.
• Coordinate with different functions and working areas across the production line to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage shopfloor activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support World Class Manufacturing, WCM, activities in the factory.
• Contribute to pillar progress and actively participate in WCM pillar activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using WCM tools and problem-solving methodologies.

We believe you have At least 3 years experience. Experience in WCM/Maintenance/Quality is preferred. Solid Base in WCM/TPM
