Key Responsibilities
- Provides master schedules for plant production operations to meet production requirements.
- Typically requires knowledge of plant capacities, equipment, staffing, and processes, and an understanding of their interaction.
- Maintains running accounts of orders received, work completed, and inventory. Matches workload, manning, and production capacity to existing inventory.
- Prepares and monitors master schedules containing details of the materials and production equipment in use, quantity and cost of materials, staffing, the time required, and the quality standards to be met.
- Works with supply chain / logistics, production, and maintenance personnel to coordinate activities.
- Communicates status and changes to customer service or directly to customers.
- Responsible for safeguarding the flow of information and material transfer towards the customer.
- Check plausibility of customer demands and take into account a cost-effective use of resources and cost-optimized processes.
- Ensures understanding and compliance to the customer logistics requirements.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- English language (min. B2 level - Upper Intermediate)
- User level knowledge on MS Office and SAP
- Great communication skills
