1) 职位目标Goal of position
•Define strategy and build basic software solution portfolio for division emobility product in China for business need and competitiveness
•Define and implement the basic software solution for each customer project success
•Provide technical and organizational leadership to basic software engineering teams across multiple sites
•Ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders, including OEMs, software suppliers, and internal Business Units
•Oversee the development, integration of basic software (e.g. AUTSOAR BSW, OS, CDDs, BSP or middleware, etc.)
•Ensure software development meets functional safety, cyber security, and quality standards
•Drive reusability, modularity, and scalability basic software platform
•Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards
•Build, mentor and retain high performance teams
