Job Description
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, environmental requirements, and company standards across construction sites.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments while identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions.
- Deliver HSE training, inductions, and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture.
- Monitor HSE performance, prepare reports, and communicate status updates to project and corporate stakeholders.
- Support accident investigations, safety planning, and collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience within construction, industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, construction site safety management, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience conducting HSE audits and training, ideally within ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 environments.
- Fluent English and German, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel for project assignments.
