- Evaluate mineral ownership, subsurface rights, and related interests while coordinating with title partners, mineral owners, operators, and other stakeholders to support project development and risk mitigation efforts
- Request, review, and manage ALTA surveys, plats, easements, access agreements, and utility-related documentation while ensuring alignment with project, financing, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain project records, reporting tools, and tracking mechanisms to monitor title requirements, survey matters, curative activities, and project milestones across multiple projects and jurisdictions
- Collaborate with internal Legal, Land, Development, Engineering, Construction, and Finance teams, as well as external advisors and stakeholders, to resolve title-related matters and support successful project execution
- Support project transactions, land acquisitions, financing activities, and interconnection requirements by identifying and resolving real estate title issues impacting project development, construction, and long-term operations
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Legal Studies, Land Administration, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in real estate, title insurance, land administration, or a related discipline, including experience supporting renewable energy title transactions, construction consents, and project development activities
- Experience reviewing title commitments, title policies, legal descriptions, easements, and related real property documentation supporting project development, financing, construction, or operations
- Knowledge of title curative processes, title insurance requirements, ALTA survey standards, mineral ownership considerations, and real estate risk mitigation practices
