The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Your new responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding administration.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and data analysis.
- Support HR processes and administrative activities.
- Support HR projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
- Work closely with HR team members on daily operational tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What we look for
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
