The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Your new responsibilities
- To establish and maintain the process control system according to IFTA 16949 to meet the customer requirements.
- To establish and improve the working instruction /inspection instruction to ensure the conformity and validity between standards and operation (SDCA）.
- Be responsible for the qualification training and upgrading training to operators, including but not limited working instructions/process control/quality/problem solving, etc.
- Be responsible for change management towards the production elements, including but not limited Design/***/Machine/Material/Method/Environment/Measurement to ensure the process under control.
- To cooperate with production team to focus on the problem-proofing （PFMEA/Maintenance）and problem solving（QRQC/PSS）to fulfill the production KPIs（S/Q/C/D/P）.
- Be responsible for the continuous improvement(PDCA) on process to optimize the process flow/fixtures /new material/new technology /new process/energy saving/efficiency improvement/EHS elements to ensure the improvements of productivity (VAM/MCP).
- Be responsible for the industrialization of new products / new generation /new material/new layout/new equipment etc to ensure the related projects launch on time.
- To implement OE tolls and activities within responsible area to enhance team work/continuous improvements and Problem Solving in a structural and sustainable way.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree or above in Physics, Materials, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related fields;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and verbal communication;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in production management of LED automotive lighting products is preferred;
- Basic knowledge and experience in IE (Industrial Engineering), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean, and related management methodologies;
- Skilled in computer operation and proficient in Microsoft Office software.
