We are currently looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Energy center, a technical person who can also cooperate with the production side in terms of repair, maintenance and optimization of equipment performance and which main responsibilities are:
- Supervision of structural and functional monitoring of installations,
- Energy balance monitoring of energy production facilities,
- Active participation in start up and operator staff training on a new boiler facility,
- Adjustment of technology process parameters and machine parameters,
- Supervision of efficiency of the process, and of all activities carried out by subordinate employees to ensure their correctness,
- Support the Energy manager in achieving production objectives,
- Monthly reporting preparation and review.
This position also includes to be responsible for organizing, preparing and conducting his tasks by always insuring that his team is working safely and under the best working environment.
Another important role related to this position is the R&D side, which includes:
- Creation of the policy focused on the development of the research and development area,
- Development, implementation and execution of R&D strategies,
- Operational management by developing and supervising the implementation of Cooperation with external research units,
- Implementation of research and development works which aim is the optimization of production processes by improving the quality, the efficiency and some other production indicators.
Qualifications
In order to be fully able to embrace this role, you need to meet the following expectations:
- Engineering diploma,
- A previous experience on a similar position among a manufacturing company,
- Independent command of MS office,
- Ready to do several business trips,
- Ability to synchronize tasks, to work under pressure but always with a good organization.
- You are fluent in English and French, German is considered a serious plus.
