At Hill’s Pet Nutrition, we are driven by a shared passion for pets and their well-being. As a Territory Manager for Mexico City (CDMX), you will be at the heart of our commercial strategy—building strong, trusted partnerships with veterinary clinics and hospitals.
In this dynamic role, you will lead the growth of Hill's consumption, expand our market share, and drive our brand to be the Brand Recommended Most Often (BRMO) by veterinary professionals. By understanding our customers' unique business needs, negotiating strategic Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and implementing engaging promotional campaigns, you will help us fulfill our mission of transforming the lives of pets everywhere.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES-
Build Trusted Partnerships: Manage and grow a customer base of veterinary clinics and hospitals across CDMX, driving net sales, volume, market share, and brand recommendation (BRMO).

Execute Commercial Excellence: Ensure excellent territory coverage and 7Ps execution, including the implementation of our "Perfect Clinic / Store" programs.

Educate & Inspire: Conduct in-clinic seminars and product detailing to educate veterinary staff on the nutritional and economic value of Hill’s pet diets.

Strategic Joint Business Planning: Develop, negotiate, and execute customer-specific strategies and marketing campaigns aligned with budget guidelines and commercial targets.

New Product Launch Rollouts: Lead the launch of new products in clinic settings, maximizing product visibility, staff engagement, and market presence.

Market Intelligence & Digital Engagement: Connect with clinics both in person and digitally to gather insights, assess execution challenges, and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Logistics).

Completed Bachelor’s degree.

Valid Driver’s License.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Proven selling, negotiation, and closing capabilities.

Solid organization skills, including time management, planning, and basic budget management.

Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of fundamental business principles.

Passion for pets and a strong motivation to grow and develop a sales territory.

Background or degree in Veterinary Medicine (MVZ) or related life science field.

2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Commercial roles, or Veterinary Hospital environments.

Prior experience in the Animal Health or Pet Care industry.

Mobility and willingness to relocate for future career growth opportunities within Colgate-Palmolive / Hill's.
