Objective:

Offering customers a personalized service, completing the sales work with the aim of delivering orders within the planned deadlines, seeking to resolve any problems with excellence.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Making constant visits to customers and regional hauliers..;
  • Implementing and keeping up to date a database with a complete system of information necessary for the performance of the department;
  • Working on the implementation of collaborative projects that help the Sales Department, CS&L and Clients to work towards their goals; (e.g. Maximizing delivery of sales results with 100% PoD in the quarter, FTG with implementation of high-capacity vehicles, Analysis of improved vehicle utilization as well as the use of new modes of transport, etc.)
  • Analyze and develop action plans to reduce returns;
  • Analyze ancillary costs and build action plans to mitigate costs inherent to the region.
  • Develop digitalization tools together with the CS&L team to speed up responses to customers in an increasingly assertive manner, as well as for decision-making.
  • Acquire information from customers on product priorities and needs, in order to guide shipment scheduling;
  • Working with other areas of the company to find the best way to serve the customer, in order to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Negotiating with customers in cases of late delivery, in order to maintain the best company/customer relationship.
  • Develop and lead plans to improve loading and delivery standards to migrate the use of pallets in operations;
  • Developing an analysis tool and handling the profile of sales orders (loose boxes, ballast and pallets) with an action plan to reduce the index of loose boxes and thus increase the productivity of the Distribution Centers as well as the speed of receipt by customers.
  • Actively participating in quarterly meetings with the regional sales team to align strategies and collaborative projects to achieve excellence in customer service.
  • Participating in conventions, fairs, seminars and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • English – Intermediate level
  • Project management and organization skills to lead multifunctional initiatives
