ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about skincare, education, and empowering others to succeed? As our Training Specialist for Filorga, you will be the driving force behind the development and execution of dynamic teaching and learning experiences for our sales force, dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and medical staff.
In this role, you will foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring our teams and partners master Filorga’s innovative product portfolio, advanced skin knowledge, and effective sales techniques. By combining your passion for skincare with engaging training methodologies, you will directly contribute to brand prescription, awareness, and commercial success across Mexico!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Needs Analysis & Strategy: Identify key training needs across targets to design, plan, and implement comprehensive training programs focused on Filorga products, skincare science, and effective sales techniques.

Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for the sales force, skin specialists, and medical staff both in Mexico City and across the country.

Content & Material Creation: Prepare and continuously update high-impact presentations, induction plans, videos, and digital materials for diverse channels (doctors, staff, and pharmacies), integrating new product launches seamlessly.

Localization & Adaptability: Translate and adapt international training materials from brand headquarters to resonate perfectly with the local market.

Evaluation & Reporting: Design performance assessments to measure product knowledge and maintain detailed training records to track progress for monthly and annual business reports.

Logistics & Material Management: Oversee training assets (brochures, minis, testers, kits, banners) and maintain key brand awareness tools such as the vademecum and patient brochures.

Digital Innovation: Leverage modern learning platforms and applications to enhance the delivery and reach of training programs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Completed Bachelor's degree.

Experience: At least 2 years of proven professional experience in training, learning & development, or educational content delivery.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint / Google Slides) and functional knowledge of Excel.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong active listening and empathy.

Mobility: High availability to travel across the Mexican Republic and flexibility to adapt to dynamic training schedules.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Industry Knowledge: Background or strong familiarity with skin anatomy, aesthetic medicine, skin pathologies, facials, or skincare application techniques.

Dermo-Cosmetic or Retail Background: Prior experience working with dermatological skincare brands (e.g., Bioderma, Avène, Isdin, La Roche-Posay, SkinCeuticals, Medik8) or prestige retail beauty brands.

Instructional Design: Experience in designing and developing structured learning courses and digital training content.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with digital learning platforms and interactive tools that elevate the virtual training experience.
