Discover Your Purpose: Role Summary
Welcome to an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence and employee satisfaction within our Colgate Business Services (CBS) team. Reporting directly to the Sr. HR Manager of CBS Operational Services based in Brazil, you will own the end-to-end execution of regional human resources operations for the Dominican Republic, including onboarding, personnel administration, compliance, and payroll coordination. Operating in a hybrid model (4 days in-office, 1 day home-based) from our Dominican Republic location, you will look for ways to streamline workflows through automation while acting as a trusted champion for our workforce's daily needs. Your Impact: Responsibilities
- Personnel & Leave Lifecycle Management: Manage Employee Central workflow requests, oversee local termination documentation, track secure employee records, and coordinate leaves of absence to align fully with regional regulations.
- Talent Onboarding & Learning Logistics: Execute dynamic onboarding programs for new hires, facilitating employment contracts and handling physical and digital logistics for training events to guarantee an exceptional employee transition.
- Payroll Integrity Coordination: Collect, verify, and complete complex employee data inputs—including hours worked, overtime, and specific pay components—to guarantee an error-free, timely payroll cycle.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Analyze existing HR workflows to identify, design, and implement technological enhancements and automations that reduce manual tasks and minimize processing errors.
- Vendor & Compliance Management: Administer vendor agreements, create purchase orders, and process invoices within the Ariba platform, while compiling critical documentary evidence for auditing and compliance reporting.
Skills That Make Us Smile: Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
- 2 to 3 years of professional HR experience with a dedicated focus on personnel administration, onboarding, or compliance operations.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing core HR databases or systems, such as Employee Central or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Advanced English level.
