Job Description
As a Client Due Diligence (CDD) & Onboarding professional, you'll play a critical role in supporting new business onboarding and ongoing client monitoring activities. You'll be responsible for processing CDD requirements, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring accurate client data across core systems. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, conducting due diligence reviews, managing onboarding documentation, and supporting operational efficiency initiatives. You'll help ensure adherence to AML/KYC regulations while delivering high-quality service within agreed timelines. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
What You'll Do
- You'll Support New Business Onboarding Activities by coordinating NBAC meetings, preparing onboarding packs, maintaining trackers, and ensuring accurate set-up of client information across internal systems.
- You'll Perform Client Due Diligence & Ongoing Monitoring by processing CDD and KYC reviews, conducting screening checks, updating client records, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- You'll Maintain Data Accuracy & Regulatory Standards by ensuring client information is up to date, identifying risk indicators, assessing AML/CTF requirements, and adhering to onboarding policies and procedures.
- You'll Collaborate with Stakeholders & Resolve Issues by working closely with Client Services, Compliance, and Operational Support teams while escalating onboarding or CDD concerns when required.
- You'll Drive Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement by maintaining tracker logs, managing documentation, responding to queries promptly, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across onboarding and monitoring processes.

Qualifications
- You possess 2–3 years of experience in Client Due Diligence, KYC, AML, client onboarding, or compliance within the financial services industry.
- You have a strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations, risk assessment methodologies, KYC requirements, and client due diligence standards.
- You demonstrate knowledge of Private Wealth, Corporate, Fund, Trust, Foundation, Pension Fund, and other client structures within regulated environments.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, and have experience working with onboarding and compliance systems.
- You possess strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
