Your Role

  • Manage the daily cash position and prepare short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts.

  • Manage operational relationships with banks and financial institutions.

  • Coordinate the opening and closing of bank accounts, as well as the updating of powers of attorney and legal documentation.

  • Manage financial instruments such as performance bonds (boletas de garantía) and time deposits.

  • Monitor and control bank fees, financial expenses, and terms.

  • Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure the correct accounting entry of financial transactions.

  • Support monthly accounting close processes related to treasury.

  • Coordinate the administration of corporate cards and other payment instruments.

  • Participate in internal and external audits and compliance reviews.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly and annual tax returns.

  • Support compliance with tax obligations before the Chilean Tax Authority (SII).

  • Collaborate in the preparation of tax forms, sworn declarations (declaraciones juradas), and regulatory reports.

  • Support the management of tax authority requests and audits.

  • Act as an operational backup for the Tax Specialist during absences or contingencies.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and procedures.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field.

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate treasury or audit firms.

  • Experience working with banking platforms and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Chilean tax regulations.

  • Experience in multinational companies.

  • Proficiency in cash management and cash flow forecasting.

  • Knowledge of domestic and international banking operations.
