Internship Program: 6 months
Location: Ho Chi Minh office
Your Role:
The interns will support the Fertility BU in marketing-related activities, including content coordination, digital campaigns, social media execution, and other projects assigned by the team.
What You Should Do:
1. Marketing Material Development
- Support the creation and adaptation of promotional materials, including leaflets, invitations, banners, and other marketing collateral.
- Assist in developing basic content for social media platforms, including teaser posts, campaign posts, and short promotional videos.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
2. Administrative & Documentation Support
- Support preparation and filing of marketing-related documents.
- Assist in maintaining and updating internal systems and documentation records.
- Help track approvals, contracts, and other administrative processes related to marketing activities.
3. Data Consolidation & Reporting
- Consolidate activity-related data from various sources.
- Support preparation of regular tracking reports and presentations.
- Maintain data accuracy and assist the team in monitoring key performance indicators of Marketing activities.
4. Marketing Project Support
- Provide coordination support for digital campaigns, social media projects and other marketing initiatives.
- Assist the team in executing assigned projects and day-to-day operational activities.
Who you are:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate in Marketing of Foreign Trade University (FTU) or other reputable universities with strong Marketing programs.
- Strong interest in marketing activities and brand support
- Experience in social media management and/or digital marketing is a strong advantage
- Good command of English and Vietnamese (for bilingual content review).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a regulated healthcare marketing environment.
