Job Description & Summary
A career within Merger and Acquisition Tax, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage M&A Tax to enhance their customer experiences
*Responsibilities:
M&A Tax & Regulatory practice provides end-to-end solutions for different types of domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers, demergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, inbound and outbound advisory, transaction and business model structuring, due diligence and family arrangements.
The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role will include the following:

To qualify for the same will need:
Semi -Qualified Chartered Accountant
Thorough technical knowledge of Direct Tax and Corporate laws
Working knowledge of valuation parameters & methodology

Demonstrating innovative and critical thinking in providing solutions to client queries & managing projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Well-rounded commercial and economic awareness and understanding of the financial markets
Good interpersonal and networking skills

Excellent eye for detail
Efficiency in MS office and report writing skills
Motivated, creative and decisive in approach to problem solving
Ownership and responsibility of clients/tasks delegated
