About the role
 

We are currently seeking a Training Facilitator to join our team on fixed-term contract basis until 31 March 2027.
 

As a Training Facilitator, you'll be at the forefront of enabling our people to successfully adopt new systems and ways of working through the Elders SysMod project. Reporting to the SysMod Enablement Lead and as part of the wider Change Engagement Team, you'll create and deliver engaging training experiences, support learners at every level of the organisation, and contribute valuable insights to continuously improve training outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training programs to a range of user groups, adapting content and delivery methods to meet varying learning needs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and utilise knowledge-based activities to measure learner understanding and capability.
  • Facilitate training sessions that support the successful adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working.
  • Provide post go-live support through refresher training sessions and hands on support to staff
  • Engage with stakeholders and confidently present information to promote key project initiatives and learning outcomes.
  • Support the Change & Engagement Team in driving positive user adoption and ensuring employees have a successful learning experience.
  • Provide feedback and insights to enhance training programs, resources, materials and delivery methods.
  • Review existing training practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and change initiatives.
  • Build engagement and support employees through change by managing questions and resistance in a constructive manner.
  • Collaborate with project team members and contribute to project plans to support successful delivery outcomes.
  • Identify practical, cost-effective solutions that deliver value to the business.
  • Undertake intra/interstate travel as required to support training delivery and project outcomes.
     

About you

  • Experience delivering engaging training to diverse audiences with varying learning needs and levels of capability.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills across in person as well as virtual delivery modes, with the confidence to communicate effectively and support people through change.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience supporting training activities as part of a business transformation or system implementation project will be highly regarded.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise platforms, as well as knowledge of the agricultural sector, is desirable.
