A: Yes. This role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. - Q: Is this a leadership role with growth opportunities?
A: Yes. The Assistant Salon Manager role is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions. - Q: What kind of training is provided for Assistant Salon Managers?
A: Assistant Salon Managers receive training in management and operations through Great Clips University (GCU), along with ongoing support and instruction from salon management.
