   4. 30 / 60 / 90 feedback

   5. Probation Policy & Process

2. Communication & Engagements:

   1. Town Halls (planning / hosting)

   2. Founder's connect

   3. Cross-functional engagement

   4. Company communication

   5. Virtual engagements

   6. R&R

3. Policies:

   1. Repository & refreshers for Policies

   3. Exit Management

4. Events & Gifting:

   1. Team engagements (design / vendor management)

   2. Employee Gifting
