Job Description Summary Provide general admin/office support. Student will be in charge of creating documents to help current students better understand their remaining graduation requirements Responsibilities
  • Work with an Academic Case Manager to upload and review program evaluations for students.
  • Create documents summarizing the remaining requirements using AI as a tool.
  • Distribute the documents to students via email.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality for all work performed.
  • Work at least one shift per week in the office of the Academic Case Manager.

Work Schedule:
  • Flexible hours, typically 4-8 hours per week depending on workload.
  • Workload will be determined by current student demand.
Required Qualifications GPA 3.0 or above, Junior standing Desired Qualifications
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to details.
  • Familiarity with Chapman’s Program Evaluation and degree requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in AI preferred.
  • Must complete FERPA training
Special Instructions to Applicants
  • Training will be provided on all aspects of the project.
  • Student may be asked to continue past the November date based on project success.
