1. Parts Demand Forecasting & Procurement Planning – Develop rolling parts procurement plans based on new vehicle sales forecasts, parc growth, historical repair data, and seasonality; place orders with HQ or third-party suppliers.
2. Import & Customs Clearance Management – Coordinate full import processes to ensure timely and compliant arrival of parts.
3. Inventory Strategy Development – Establish safety stock models to maintain dealer fill rates while controlling inventory turnover days within targets.
4. New Model Parts Readiness – Collaborate with product/technical teams prior to new model launches to define initial stocking lists (SIL) and ensure timely service capability.
5. Supplier Collaboration & Cost Optimization – Liaise with HQ parts supply teams and third-party suppliers to optimize procurement costs, lead times, and packaging standards.
6. Interface with Outsourced Warehousing – Ensure accurate and timely handover of inbound parts to warehousing providers, monitor inventory data consistency, and conduct periodic stock reconciliations.QualificationsQualifications
1.Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields;
2.Minimum 5 years of parts planning or supply chain management experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in parts procurement or inventory management;
3.Familiar with Malaysia's import/customs clearance processes, with hands-on experience preferred;
4.Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel; capable of data-driven inventory modeling;
5.Language proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) – able to communicate procurement requirements with HQ in Chinese. Bahasa Malaysia is a plus;
6.Strong planning and risk anticipation skills, able to balance stock-out risks against inventory overstock;Apply
