ADP is hiring a Sr. Client Svc & Prod Supt Specialist (Compliance), Wisely Card Fraud Disputes in our Employee Financial Solutions organization.
As a Sr. Client Svc & Prod Supt Specialist on the Disputes team, you will provide advanced subject matter expertise and second-tier support for the Wisely Card product, with a primary focus on resolving card member inquiries and addressing fraud-related concerns. In this role, you will use your technical knowledge and analytical skills to investigate issues, drive resolution, and help protect card members.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities
- In this position you are responsible for ensuring ADP's compliance with regulatory (e.g., regulation E) and third-party requirements.
- Knowledge of privacy and security protocols, identifying fraudulent activity and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Escalate operational gaps or compliance concerns to management.
- Participate in compliance related training and communication programs, as needed.
- Be a Trusted Advisor. Working independently or as part of a team, you will serve as a consultant in servicing ADP's products/technologies. You will use a breadth of expertise to help ADP's clients solve problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Build Relationships. You will build relationships with clients using the phone, email, and/or chat, where you will strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction. You hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of "Integrity is Everything."
- Educate. You will leverage your ADP product & services knowledge to provide solutions to issues and questions and help build client understanding around our products' value. You will turn client input into recommendations for ADP leadership on best practices and solutions training.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- This role is located in our San Dimas, CA office. We support a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office minimum with 2 days at home).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in card member or client service, fraud investigation, or technical support.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to dispute case research tools (Quavo, LexisNexis, Visa or similar) strongly preferred.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Expanded conceptual knowledge of fraud/risk discipline, with an eagerness to broaden capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to team projects.
- Experience with application support or technical troubleshooting is a plus.
- Adaptability and commitment to delivering excellent service to card members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with Senior Leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to lead projects and drive operational changes.
- Visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and implement system changes.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
