Are you an experienced care professional looking for a leadership role with variety, challenge and the opportunity to make a real difference?

We are looking for a Peripatetic Service Coordinator to provide leadership and operational support across our services. You will work with different teams as and when required, to support Service Managers and operational colleagues to ensure people receive safe, high-quality and person-centred support.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in changing environments and enjoys building strong relationships, leading teams and driving positive outcomes. Whether supporting a service through a vacancy, a period of change, a new development or a service improvement, this is an exciting opportunity to gain experience across a variety of services, share best practice, support teams through challenges and make a meaningful difference to the lives of the people we support.
If you are looking for a role that offers variety, autonomy and the chance to create positive change, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
• Provide management support across a range of services and locations.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams to deliver excellent person-centred support
• Support recruitment, induction, supervision and colleague development.
• Drive quality improvements and promote best practice across services.
• Support compliance, safeguarding and effective service delivery.
• Build positive relationships with the people we support, families, professionals and partner organisations.
• Help services successfully navigate change, growth and development.

About You
You will be an adaptable and confident leader who can quickly build credibility with teams and make a positive impact wherever you work.
We are particularly interested in candidates who:
• Have experience within health and social care and leading or managing teams.
• Enjoy working across different services and adapting to new challenges.
• Are passionate about person-centred support, inclusion and achieving positive outcomes.
• Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and relevant legislation.
• Are excellent communicators with strong relationship-building skills.
• Are organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Are comfortable using IT systems and learning new technologies.
• Are willing to travel regularly across all Milestones Trust services and participate in the management on-call rota when required.
• Hold a full, clean UK driving licence (advantageous but not essential).

Here at Milestones Trust, we recognise that without the hard work, commitment and passion of our staff, we wouldn’t be the charity we are today. That’s why we are committed to rewarding you with a competitive pay and benefits package:
• 34 days’ annual leave, including recognised public holidays
• Learning and development to support your career growth
• Nationally recognised qualifications, from entry level care to management
