Icelandair Digital Operations is looking for a highly motivated Workforce Solution Manager to join our team. What you will be doing:
- Take responsibility as Solutions manager in the Workforce Product Team
- Participate in implementation of workforce systems and support during the solutions lifecycle
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to keep the roadmap grounded in operational realities and manage change windows effectively
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability, performance, and cost efficiency across solutions and connected processes
- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party providers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful tech solutions.
- Participate in technical development and operations of workforce related digital products
- Make decisions on solution changes, upgrades, and configurations, and maintain clear documentation of solution design and usage
- Ensure incidents and service requests are handled correctly by Internal service desk related to workforce solutions, and maintaining data integrity across managed solutions
What you should know and be capable of:
- We are looking for a professional with a strong background in IT, workforce solutions e.g. H3, MyTimePlan or any crew planning digital solutions.
- Proven track record in implementing comprehensive solutions to streamline operations is a plus.
- A degree in computer science, engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in software development, Agile methodologies is a plus.
- We value ownership, proactive problem-solving and collaboration.
- An interest or experience in workforce planning and optimization processes and operations is beneficial.
